At Alabama Paintball, we do paintball differently.
Where others focus on games, we focus on people, experiences, and community. That approach has helped us grow over the past 14 years to three locations—with plans to keep growing.
A great day here means keeping happy people happy. It’s helping a nervous parent feel comfortable, getting a first-time player excited, and making a birthday kid feel like the most important person in the park. Our reputation brings people through the gate, and our team gives them a reason to come back.
We’re hiring Safety Hosts and Assistant Managers at all three locations. If you’ve worked in hospitality or customer service—or you’re interested in getting started—we’d love to meet you. You don’t need to be a paintball player to belong here.
We’re laid back and like to have fun, while taking our guests, safety, and responsibilities seriously. We’re looking for people who make others feel at home, notice when someone needs a hand, and take pride in a job done well.
